One Stop Flooring has been rooted in Dover, Ohio for 15 years, serving customers across Tuscarawas County and throughout the state of Ohio. As a family-owned mom-and-pop shop, we take pride in offering quality products and personalized service you can trust.

Hello, my name is Bailey, and I’ve grown up in the flooring industry—it’s always been a part of my life. My dad has over 40 years of experience in the industry, and from a young age I was able to learn firsthand what quality workmanship, honest service, and customer care truly mean. Watching him build long-lasting relationships with customers and take pride in every project inspired me to follow in his footsteps.

Today, I’m proud to be part of the One Stop Flooring family, where I get the pleasure of helping customers find the right flooring for their homes and businesses. I enjoy working closely with each customer, answering questions, and making sure they feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Hello, my name is Katlyn, and I work on the financial side of One Stop Flooring, helping ensure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly. While my primary role focuses on finances and organization, I’m always happy to assist wherever I’m needed. At One Stop Flooring, I’m truly a jack of all trades.

As the owner’s assistant, I help support daily operations, but you’ll also often find me on the sales floor working directly with customers. Whether you have questions, need assistance with paperwork, or want help selecting the right flooring for your space, I’m always willing to step in and help. I enjoy being involved in all aspects of the business and making sure every customer has a positive, stress-free experience.

At the end of the day, my goal is to support both our team and our customers in any way I can, and to help make your experience at One Stop Flooring as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Kris

Hello, my name is Kris, and I work in the warehouse at One Stop Flooring, where I help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. I’m responsible for handling and organizing products, preparing orders, and making deliveries to ensure materials arrive safely and on time. I take pride in making sure each product is cared for properly from the moment it arrives until it reaches its final destination.

In addition to warehouse duties and deliveries, I’m always ready to step in wherever help is needed. Whether it’s coordinating logistics or assisting the team with day-to-day tasks, I do whatever it takes to support both our staff and our customers. My goal is to make sure every project stays on track by ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time.

Ron

Hello, my name is Ron, and I work in the warehouse at One Stop Flooring. My role includes handling materials, receiving incoming products, and making sure everything is properly organized and accounted for. I take pride in keeping the warehouse running efficiently so our team always has what they need to complete each project on time.

In addition to receiving and managing inventory, I help maintain the warehouse to ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized environment. From unloading shipments to preparing materials for upcoming jobs, I focus on accuracy, care, and consistency in everything I do. Supporting the rest of the team behind the scenes allows our customers to receive the quality service they expect.

I’m proud to be part of the One Stop Flooring team and to contribute to the success of every project, even if my work happens mostly out of sight.
